Exporting your inventory
Create an editable spreadsheet or a printable inventory report.
CSV includes inventory fields for the chosen items on every plan. Plans with PDF access can create an Insurance evidence report, Visual catalogue, or Compact register with optional primary photos. Values are labelled in the currency you select; Keeper does not convert them. Neither format is a complete account backup.
Steps
- Step 1
Open Export from Inventory, or Profile under Data & Privacy.
- Step 2
On the web app, open Reports in the sidebar.
- Step 3
Choose an available item scope.
- Step 4
For PDF, choose a template, grouping, primary-photo option, paper size, and currency.
- Step 5
Create the report, then save or share it.
